To be the premier business resource for REALTORS® and real estate licensees specializing in commercial real estate and to be the voice of commercial real estate in Oklahoma.

To provide Oklahoma RCA members with business tools, current information, education, advocacy and networking opportunities focused on their professional success
 
Strategic Plan
 
Initiative 1: Achieve NAR accreditation
· Become a standing OAR committee
· Establish a sub-committee structure to support/promote the Oklahoma RCA
Initiative 2: Create a value added website
· Create a listing based statewide CIE
· Searchable commercial member information
· State and local economics and demographics
· Calendar of events containing info from all commercial organizations
· Web based support for education, communication, and political advocacy
Initiative 3: Develop and provide commercial education
· Develop annual commercial conference in conjunction with OAR
· Cooperate, coordinate, and participate with other commercial organizations *

Public Relations
  • Promote Oklahoma RCA as the voice of Commercial Real Estate in Oklahoma
  • Embrace news organizations to promote commercial real estate and the Oklahoma RCA
Communications
  • Promote communication and cooperation between all commercial Realtors throughout the state
  • Promote and embrace all disciplines of commercial real estate, i.e. Brokers, Managers, Appraisers, Lenders, Affiliates, etc.
  • Promote corporation and joint events with other commercial real estate organizations *
  • Recognize members for outstanding performance in commercial real estate
Membership
  • Promote membership through available benefits and their value
  • Develop a commercial affiliate program
  • Promote affiliate sponsorship, to allow financial self-sufficiency, in the presentation of education, events and technology
  • Promote membership to young people interested in commercial real estate
Education
  • Offer mentorship and assistance to rural members
  • Develop cooperation and a referral program with residential Realtors
