Agee Economic Research and Policy Institute (ERPI) at Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business to study and evaluate municipalities in the greater Tulsa and Oklahoma City area with regard to general timetables and the costs/fees for permitting a typical commercial (office) and industrial development project identified in this report.
